One of the most fascinating SUP race of the year, the cross the euro canal takes place at the famous Canal of Corinth - Greece, on Sunday 15 October 2017.
On this day all the naval traffic of the canal will be stopped, for 200 and more Stand Up Paddlers to compete in the "World’s Straightest SUP Race"
The race is so special, not only for the competitive element but because so much of Greek history can be seen within the canal.
Each paddler can't fail to become humbled when they stand inside this historic canal, between its 80m vertical walls.
The Corinth Canal is one of the most unique monuments in the world and only a few have the privilege to cross it on a Stand Up Paddle Board.
For 7 consecutive years, the “CROSS THE EURO CANAL” race (formerly known as “Isthmus Speed Crossing”) has been the most interesting for paddlers all around Europe and the Globe, who travel to Greece for this opportunity.
