Some countries have legal requirements for Instructors working with children under 18 years of age.

Australia
How do you apply for a working with children check in Australia.
Identify the state where you will be working. Each state is different and has their own check.
Make the application online, direct with the government Department.
Instructors need a paid employee check. (not volunteer).

England & Wales: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. (Previously call CRB). Enhanced check required.
