ASI Refund Policies are listed below.
Workshop Courses
A full refund less a “Refund Administration Fee” can be provided on minimum notice.
Unless otherwise stated on course enrolment information minimum notice is 14 days from workshop date.
Some courses have a minimum notice period of 21 days.
No refund will be provided within minimum notice period of workshop date OR if training resources have been delivered / accessed by student OR if any assessments have been completed.
Online Learning Courses
No refund is issued once application has been processed by ASI.
Refund Administration Fee
The Refund Administration Fee applies to workshops.
Unless otherwise stated on enrolment information, fees are based in currency paid for your course in:

Reassessment Fee
The Reassessment Fee applies to re-assessment of course projects, videos etc.

Instructor Certificate Renewals
This fee applies to instructors renewing their ASI Instructor certificate/s.
No refund is provided once the renewal form has been submitted and ASI has commenced renewal processing.
ASI School Accreditation
No refund is owing if either of the below is actioned:
the school has been given access to the member area and resources
the audit has commenced
the school has been issued their school accreditation certificate
ASI Resources and Training Publications
ASI manuals or DVD products broken product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and organise to return the products. Once we receive the products, we will refund the purchase price less any postage charges for items.
No refund is provided on other publications once they they been posted to the client.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be used by due date unless other arrangements have been made. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been issued.
Gift vouchers may be transferable to other people (on a case by case basis).
Other
Other services provided by the ASI Academy of Surfing Instructors have varying refund policies which are provided application information.
