Introducing Jan Markiewicz,  ASI Surfing Instructor, from Poland

Jan Markiewicz is originally from Poland.    He become an ASI accredited surfing instructor and now lives the dream lifestyle in Portugal. 

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture.  He started surfing as it was always a dream for him, plus it provides confidence building.  

Jan developed a passion for surfing.  He loves to teach so it made sense to combine that with surfing and  become a surfing instructor.  

He did his ASI Level 1 Surfing Instructor course in Sagres Algarve Portugal and got work with a local surf school.

Spending time in the water and meeting new people are what’s great about being an ASI surfing Instructor.   There are so many funny stories.   Especially when people put their wetsuit on the wrong way, with the zip at the front when it should be at the back. !  

COVID has changed some things.  But people still like to take surfing lessons, so we deliver sessions accordingly to the COVID requirements.   And its still loads of fun..
