Too many people are facing invisible issues like depression, anxiety and bipolar alone.
Amigos...WE NEED YOUR HELP!! On Friday 24th March 2017, it’s OneWave’s 4th Birthday. We're not asking for presents...we just want you to dress in the brightest outfits you can find and help us create the worlds largest Fluro wave for mental health.
Come down and help us create a massive fluro wave from South to North Bondi to let people know it’s totally ok not to be ok and ask for help. We have stretched three quarters of the way down the beach before. This year lets fill the whole damn thing. We are thinking we need about 1000 people to make it happen.

OneWave is a non-profit surf community tackling mental health issues with a simple recipe...saltwater therapy, surfing and fluro.
Started by local Bondi Boy, Grant Trebilco. After 10 years of battling with mental health issues, without seeking treatment Grant was hospitalized in 2012 and diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The ocean and surfing was Grant’s saviour in tough times when he was released from hospital. He discovered that onewave is all it takes.
