Paddle to Raise Funds for Brain Tumour Research, England UK Nov 2018
Posted: 29 November 2018
ENGLAND UK. An epic 52 km paddle from St Ives to Mother Ivy’s bay (near Padstow), Cornwall, was completed by Glenn Eldridge, an ASI Stand Up Paddle Trainer, and ASI School owner school and Jack Coop, on 24 November 2018. They are raising funds for Brain Tumour Research for Gemma who had an aggressive brain tumour. Glenn, an elite level paddler and Jack, were in training well before the race time. The paddle took 4 hours and 5 mins, with hazards such as dark and large ocean conditions at times. They used SafeTrx to keep them on route. Well done guys.
