Visit Paradise at a SUP Yoga Retreat in the Cook Islands

Workout On Water is an upmarket ASI Stand Up Paddleboard Training Centre specialising in teaching people fundamental paddling skills, taking them on Stand up Paddleboard adventures around the island and is best known for its SUP Yoga retreats.
The SUP school and retreat is owned and run by ASI International Master Trainer of SUP Yoga, Charlotte Piho. Charlotte is known as being a pioneer of SUP Yoga Internationally.
She started Workout on Water to share her love of SUP yoga with others, and was one of the first in Australia and the Cook Islands to pioneer the sport.
People attend lessons and retreats here simply to experience yoga on the water from one of its founders and one of the best and most experienced in the business.
A Typical Day at the Retreat
Upon waking your day starts with a Beautiful downwind paddle exploring the Island of Rarotonga on your paddleboard followed by SUP yoga in the Lagoon.
A delicious bountiful breakfast of fresh local produce on the beach follows with a drink of a freshly husked Coconut.
After breakfast, the choice is yours! Hire a scooter and explore the island, soak up the sun by the crystal-clear lagoon, or head out on a Stand Up Paddleboard Adventure or enjoy one of the many activities on offer.
The day winds down with a Sunset Paddle and Meditation on a paddleboard in the middle of the lagoon as the sun comes down, before enjoying an healthy dinner of fresh local fish caught that day and healthy local produce you helped pick from the luscious volcanic mountains the day before, as you toast your coconut water to experiencing another day in paradise.
