Working on Paddle Stroke Technique - Quick Fixes

Here are a few quick fixes for working on your paddle stroke technique.
- Positioning - Is your stance to wide ? this can lead to uneven weight distribution on the board.
- Posture - Are your eyes looking down ? Or are you over bouncing of your knees (paddle squat). This can lead to a lack of hinging and core engagement.
- Reach - Are you over extending rather than hinging, this can lead to poor posture on the board and no engagement of the core.
- Hinging – Too little or no hinging at all can result in compensation by overuse of the arms, overreaching or over bending of the knees.
