Learn how to stand up paddle and have SUP lessons at BrogLake, an ASI accredited SUP School, located at Brogborough, Bedford, England, only 1 hr 30 mins drive north of London.

 Brogborough Lake is in the heart of the UK sitting between Milton Keynes and Bedford, bringing stand up paddling to the most land locked locations.

BrogLake is owned and operated by Emma and Sam Barnes.   The have been teaching SUP for 9 yeover ars and have had rental equipment and members for over 10 years.

Emma and Sam got their first SUP in 2011, having spent many a summer as children using an old windsurf board and half a kayak paddle.

Coming from a windsport and surf background, SUP gave them the option to get out on the water on the less windy days once they lived inland.

They set up BrogLake as they are keen to give people the opportunity to get involved in SUP in a safe, and fun way.  And giving them confidence and inspiration to continue in the sport.

BrogLake offers group and private lessons, SUP Wise learn to SUP certificate courses for all age groups and backgrounds.

Board rental is available. You can also bring your own equipment

They also offer a range of other activities including windsurfing and foiling.

BrogLake offers ideal paddling conditions for people new to the sport and also for the more advanced. 

Situated on 220 acres, a large inland body of water, where you can enjoy SUP in a safe, non-tidal environment for learning, but big enough to enjoy a good length paddle also.
