Learn how to stand up paddle and have SUP lessons at IKsup, an ASI accredited learn to stand up paddle (SUP) school, located at Loosdrecht part of the beautiful lakes district, 20km south of Amsterdam.

IkSUP offers group and private lessons, SUP Wise learn to SUP certificate courses, SUP tours, full moon tours, team building, sports teams groups, bachelor parties and rentals  for kids, adults, families, tourists and corporates.

In addition, ikSUP do a lot of children's SUP, such as birthday parties, kids camps and after school activities, with kids friendly equipment (such as kids boards, adjustable kiddy paddles and children's wetsuits and shorties).

SUP sessions are held on the lakes and rivers of the Loosdrechtse Plassen.  It is a large water sports and nature area, and is a special protection area for birds, plants and other animals.  It is very scenic and peaceful and you see wildlife as you paddle along.  

There is also a private island in the middle of the nature reserve which makes a tour, birthday party or something extra special.

On the river De Vecht, you paddle along beautiful house boats and see glamorous and historical estates from the 16th century, that are located at this famous river.  

Lake De Vuntus is also ideal for paddling.  There is hardly any wind even during storms, so people can paddle every day.
