Learn how to stand up paddle and have SUP lessons at Paddle Diva, an ASI accredited learn to stand up paddle school, located at East Hampton, on the East End of Long Island, NY, servicing the Hamptons and Montauk, Sag Harbor, and the North Fork.

Paddle Diva is owned and operated by Gina Bradley. Formerly a fitness instructor, wind-surfing teacher, and PADI certified Scuba Instructor, Gina has hundreds of hours of instruction experience in outdoors water environments.  She got involved in SUP early in 2008 and instantly loved it.   Gina is an ASI Level 2 SUP Instructor, holding water rescue and first aid qualifications.

Gina started the school in 2009 because of her passion for stand up paddle and love of watersports. She began teaching women in East Hampton and listening to what they wanted from the sport. What resulted almost immediately was the creation of The DIVA board, a women's stand-up paddle board that has been custom built by Nature Shapes for women only.

She’s assisted in the school by ASI qualified instructors and partner, Scott Bradley. He’s an all-round waterman, with elite-advanced SUP racing, SUP surfing, surfboard riding instruction and competition experience, as well as a qualified ocean lifeguard.

Paddle Diva is also an ASI Instructor Training Centre (ITC), with Scott authorised to train others to be ASI accredited stand up paddle instructors.

The SUP school offers group and private stand up paddle lessons, stand up paddle certificate courses and guiding tours and adventures in flat water, SUP surfing, distance paddling and SUP yoga for families, kids, adults, parties, girls only groups, school groups, community groups and corporates.  Competition coaching sessions can also be scheduled.

Paddle Diva also conducts SUP retreats in a range of locations including the Hamptons, Caribbean and Costa Rica.  They are great way to relax, get fit and enjoy the company of other like-minded suppers.

You can purchase SUP boards and Gina provides assistance on choosing the best size and shape board for your ability.  A range of Paddle Diva SUP clothing is also available, specially developed for supping.

East Hampton and surrounds has an amazing variety of flat water, surrounded by nature and wildlife areas.   It’s very relaxing and a great escape from the city life.  The local waterways offer different levels of paddling ability and interesting tours to suit your skill level.

Gina, Scott and the Paddle Diva instructors are highly skilled, with local waterways knowledge. They know the best places to take you depending on the weather and water conditions.
