Learn how to stand up paddle and have SUP lessons and tours at Ripple Adventure, an ASI accredited SUP school, located on Luxborough Lakes, Chigwell, Essex, and only a 40 min drive north of central London.

Ripple Adventured is owned and operated by Siobhan Nicolas. She is a highly regarded Open Water Swim Coach and SUP Coach, with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Gaining her STA Open Water Coach certification under the guidance of Olympian Keri-Ann Payne. Siobhan is also a RLSS Open Water Lifeguard, STA Open Water Coach, STA Swim Teacher. 

Siobhan holds ASI Level 1 SUP Instructor accreditation for Enclosed Flat Water locations, water rescue and first aid qualifications.   

She is assisted in the SUP school with experienced and accredited ASI SUP instructors.

Ripple Adventure offers group and private lessons, SUP tours, team building and rentals  for kids, adults, parties, hens and stag parties, school groups, and corporates.

Join the ASI SUP Wise learn to SUP certificate course - with 3 levels for flexibility and ease of progression.

Once you have developed your SUP skills, you can also join in open paddles, and roam the lake with likeminded people.    

SUP rentals are also available to people with some paddling experience. 

SUP lessons and activities are held on the beautiful Luxborough Lakes. 

Surrounded by trees and nature, the lakes offer protected and calm conditions on which to learn and enjoy paddling on.  

There is an abundance of birdlife in the area and you as you paddle along, you may even see fish swimming beneath you.
