Learn to SUP and have SUP lessons and tours at SUPWorx, an ASI accredited SUP school, located at Amsterdamse Bos. 

It’s a beautiful forest with calm lakes and waterways, only 20 mins drive from central Amsterdam.

SUPWorx is owned and operated by Esmee Kroes.  She is an experienced stand up paddler and regularly attends advanced SUP technical clinics to keep her skills up to date.  She is also an Essentrics teacher which focusses on fitness strength, flexibilty and conditioning. 

Esmee started the SUP school after working for a few years as a SUP instructor in The Netherlands.  She loves nature and loves SUP touring.   So she decided to combine her love of SUP and knowledge of Essentrics to offer SUP activities with a focus on health and fitness.   

Esmee holds the ASI Level 1 SUP instructor qualification, rescue and first aid. 

She is assisted in the SUP school by other qualified SUP instructors.

“I really love to give people self-confidence. I often notice that after a SUP session people are so happy that they have overcome their insecurity. (Or have been having fun on the water). And the feeling of freedom on the water, enjoying nature. And I hope get rid of their worries, by talking or the silence of nature.”

SUPWorx (Loosdrecht Sport) offers group and private lessons, SUP Wise learn to SUP certificate courses, SUP tours, team building for adults, parties, hens and stag parties, school groups, and corporates.

They specialise in tours in combination with warm ups and cooling down using the Essentric workout method. 

Essentric workouts and SUP allows SUPWorx to help you develop your paddling skills while also creating a toned, healthy and strong body. You’ll be sure to leave with an advanced skill set in fitness and in paddleboarding.

SUPWorx SUP sessions are based in “Amsterdamse Bos”  with sessions held in this beautiful forrest, with its calm lakes and waterways. 

Amsterdamse Bos is 3x times bigger then Central Park in New York.

SUP tours are very scenic and calming, surrounded by nature.  You feel like you are in a different world, away from the big city, even though you are in Amsterdam.

There is free parking at the location.  
We offer coffee and refreshments and it’s a great place to relax after paddling and share stories.
