Learn how to surf and have surfing lessons at Surf Easy Surf School, an ASI accredited surf school, located at Currumbin Alley, Gold Coast Queensland. It's one of the Gold Coast's best locations for learning to surf.

Surf Easy Surf School is owned and run by Patrick O’Leary and Ann Stuart.  

Patrick is an elite-advanced surfer and has surfed in all conditions in many parts of the world - reef breaks, rock, sand etc.  As an accredited surfing instructor, he has taught thousands of clients from all types of backgrounds.

Ann looks after administration and logistics.

Both Pat and Ann have loved and been active in the ocean their whole lives and love to share the stoke with you.

They are assisted in the surf school by a team of experienced surfing instructors are all qualified with ASI, hold surf rescue and senior first aid qualifications. 

Surf Easy Surf School prides itself on offering a complete surfing experience with a dedicated team of skilled coaches, catering to both beginners and those looking to improve their skills.

The school provides group and private surfing lessons for beginner to intermediate level, Surf Wise learn-to-surf certificate courses, team-building activities, and surf awareness sessions for kids, adults and parties.  

They also offer a 6-week adult women’s only program for all ability levels, kids holiday surfing programs, surf safety courses, gift certificates and surfboard hire for practicing skills outside of lessons.

Surf Easy delivers school sports surfing program, with customised educational solutions and team building and activities for corporate groups  

Lessons have a maximum of 8 students per instructor, with an average of 6 or fewer, ensuring plenty of attention.  

Currumbin Alley has parklands, toilets, tables, beach showers and shade structures and is close cafés and shops.

Surfing sessions are held at Currumbin Alley.  It is one of the Gold Coast‘s most famous surfing breaks with waves for all levels and abilities.

It has perfect beginner waves that wrap around the headland over a sandy beach.

Intermediate and advanced level waves are also further out and nearby.

Gold Coast is famous for its world class surf breaks and surfing lifestyle.  The beaches along the coast offer white sands and clear waters, with various levels waves suitable up to elite level.
