Meet the Team
Sussex Inlet Stand Up Paddle is owned and operated by Madeline Rayner. Madeline started paddleboarding in 2009 when her husband bought a paddleboard. Before long she was hooked. Within the year the whole family had paddleboards and regularly supped at their local surf breaks.
Being a family of surfers, paddleboarding is another water sport to enjoy together. Madeline and family continue to enjoy paddleboarding many surf breaks up and down the coast and overseas.
Madeline decided to become a SUP instructor to combine with her career as a Qualified Fitness/Pilates Instructor. Becoming an accredited paddleboarding Instructor would enable her to combine these interests. Since Madeline was already running her own fitness business it was inevitable to also set up a SUP School.
