Learn how to stand up paddle and have SUP lessons at Wild Shore Delamere,  an ASI accredited learn to SUP school, located at Delamere, Cheshire  and only 12 miles east of Chester and 45 mins drive from Manchester.

Sessions are held at Lake Delamere, an inland waterpark with great facilities.

Wild Shore Delamere is a brand new water-based adventure hub, offering stand up paddle and a number of other exciting outdoor activities including aqua chimp, aqua park, wakeboarding, and open water swimming.

There is a team of experienced ASI SUP Instructors who can assist if you want to learn to paddle or just enjoy paddling on the lake.    

With an enthusiasm for all things SUP, the instructors at Wild Shore Delamere will have you hooked on paddling in no time !

Wild Shore Delamere offers group and private lessons, team building and rentals for kids, adults, parties, hens and stag parties, school groups, and corporates.

SUP sessions give you the freedom to simply get out on the water and start having fun to their more in depth Learn 2 Sup sessions, which are  fully guided, taking participants on a scenic journey around our stunning lake. 

SUP board hire is available giving you opportunity to explore the lake.

If you have your own SUP board and have experience at paddling, join in the self launch sessions.  They provide the ideal way to enjoy paddling boarding at a great location.

SUP lessons and activities are held on Delamere Lake.   It’s a large lake of 120 acres. 

The west-half of the lake is within the Delamere Forest Park area.      

There are calm paddling conditions for beginner to more advanced level.

There are changing rooms and toilets and parking on site. 

Refuel and relax at The Wild Shack, a lovely café on the shoreline of the park with a balcony overlooking the lake.

Delamere Forest is nearby.  It is the country’s largest woodland covering 72 hectares (2,400 acres). It is a natural oasis with hiking trails, a variety of different trees and plants, small lakes and wildlife.
